Nutrition can be confusing. There are so many fad diets, quick fix "miracles," skinny teas, pills, and supplements. It's no wonder our relationship with food is complicated. Not only is our culture royally F$#%ED when it comes to the way we perceive our bodies, but there's also an evolutionary miss-match when it comes to how and why we eat. 

Humans have been eating for, well, as long as there have been humans. They were surviving and thriving on a multitude of different diets. The one thing they all had in common, is that nothing they ate came out of a box. 

There's no big secret to a healthy diet. Eat real food. Not too much. And eat a lot of plants. 

The food you eat decides your health. The amount of food you eat determines your weight. And your macros determines your body composition.
